Professional
Our Employee and Associate Programmes are open to all full time consultants and internal business support candidates with good industry and technical experience. MHC does not specify a particular type of background; however, you will typically need to have 3-4 years of work experience.
To join MHC, you will need to have the confidence and the capability to step straight into a specialist consultancy role within one of MHC’s Practice areas and make a significant contribution from the start. You will need to have the confidence and knowledge to take on early responsibility and work constructively with senior MHC and Client managers and other staff. Above all, you will need to conduct yourself with professionalism and acumen at all times.
Consultancy
In our main business practices, we are always on the lookout for Technical Engineers, Consultants/PMOs, Programme & Project Managers and SMEs (Subject Matter Experts). For each, we hire at all levels of experience, from Junior Consultant level to Partner level.
Internal support
To join us in an internal support function, you will need to have excellent interpersonal skills, time management skills and, above all, be enthusiastic and technically capable. MHC Head Office support roles comprise IT, Finance, Operational, Legal, HR, Sales, Marketing and Resourcing.
Graduate
MHC is always on the lookout for graduates to nurture and develop. For our Graduate Programme, we consider applicants from all academic backgrounds with a 2:1 or equivalent.
Following the successful completion of their consultancy orientation training period, they will join our consultancy delivery team within one of MHC’s core digital focused business lines, working closely alongside our Tier 1 Financial Services client base.
During both the training period and while working on projects, our graduates work alongside experienced team members and receive guidance from senior managers. They benefit from tailored learning and development and are able to be heard and express their individuality here at MHC.
Placement
Placements are becoming an increasingly popular addition to further education in the UK, as they provide a means to combine work with study.
